Instructor Bio

A professional painter, printmaker and instructor, Linda’s main focus has been the monotype for many years. Her prints reflect the medium’s unique capacity for high color saturation.

Teaching art has always been a passion. Including having been a Workshop Instructor at Sundance for almost 20 years, Linda has taught art extensively on all levels from early childhood through adult education. She has worked with the JFK Special Arts Program, NV and the National Ability Center,Park City, UT and been a guest artist in a number of residency programs. She received a BS in Art Education from NAU, Flagstaff, AZ and completed graduate studies in Art Ed at the UNR, Reno.

Tay’nahza’ has been the recipient of funding from the National Endowment and The California Enrichment Fund. Her work has been included in permanent collections of the University Nevada, University of New Mexico, University of Texas, University of Arizona, Arizona State University and the University of Southern Utah. It has been purchased by The Canyons Resort, Park City, UT, Sundance Mountain Resort, UT, Northstar at Tahoe, CA, Far West Bank, ancestoryDNA, Fitness Formulas Clubs, Chicago and other corporate collections. Her imagery has been incorporated in the production of sportswear for Royal Robbins, featured in Sundance Catalogs and utilized in a Limited Edition of When Things Fall Apart, by Pima Chodron.
